REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We DO NOT offer Refunds. However, we do offer exchanges within 7 business days of delivery on all stock items but not custom orders.
Please double check your spelling when ordering a custom product. If a misspelling is our mistake, we will offer a refund or replace the order.
Any damage of items must be reported via email with pictures within 24hrs of delivery for a refund or reship
If items come back to us due to incorrect mailing address, YOU MUST PAY FOR A NEW SHIPPING LABEL.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
